She is survived by: her daughters, Alaina Walker, Shara Caldwell and Bernice Young (Blaine); her former husband William Young, Sr.; her sons, William Young Jr. (Gloria), Anthony and Antonio Young; her father Vincent Ward; and her siblings, Helen Hicks, Vivian Crawford, Carolyn Ward-Young (Charles), Kim Walker, Dayna Copeland and Douglas Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
