She is survived by: her daughter Ashley; her son-in-law Isaac Smith; her son Jeremiah; her daughter-in-law Sayra McIntosh; her son Joshua McIntosh; her grandchildren, Caleb, Levi and Evelyn; her stepchildren, Stacey and David Shannon McIntosh; her mother Carmen Harrison; her sister Melanie; her brother-in-law Reverend Craig Thomas; her brother Todd; her sister-in-law Karen Harrison; and her close friend Karen Conley. She is also survived by two nieces; five nephews.
