He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scrivner and Althea Scrivner; and his brother Gene Scrivner. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Scrivner; his children, Daryl Scrivner (Candace) and Jennifer Hatmaker (James); his grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, Mason, Jacob, Jenna and Jesse; his sister-in-law Anne Scrivner; his niece Lori Scrivner Walton-Asbury; and his nephew Mike Scrivner. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
