He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Lowry Phillips; his son Hoytt Lynn Phillips; and his parents, Dolphis Henry and Mary Hazel Adams Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Osborne Phillips of Dresden; his son Coytt Phillips (Kelly) of Dresden; his siblings, Ruby Harpst (R. Jon) of Coldwater, MI, John Walter Phillips (Margaret) of Chester, NJ and Oscar Phillips (Carol) of Roanoke, VA; and his grandchildren, Jody Leah Phillips, Rob Thomas, Russ and Ramsey Phillips.
Family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Tommy.
