It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia June Parham Newton of Martin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerald D. Newton; her son Mark Chirban; and her parents, Thelbert Wayne and Bessie Lee Cate Parham. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Newton of Martin, TN, Deborah Walker (Donnie) of Martin, TN, Keith Newton (Brittany) of Dresden, TN, Kelly Newton (Lisa) and Joel Chirban (Teresa); and her stepchildren, Kim Pyle (Shaun) of Du Quoin, IL and Jeff Newton (Joyce). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
