He is survived by: his children, Whitney Owens of Martin, Sidney Owens of Martin, Steven Owens of New York, Stephon Owens of New York, Angel Peoples of Jackson, TN, Josh Peoples of Jackson, TN and Michael Peoples of Milan, TN; his siblings, Marilyn Evans of Martin, Wanda Owens Neal of Louisville, KY, Tammy Owens, Wardell Owens Jr. of Tacoma, WA and James Owens of Martin; and his grandchildren, Ka'Brein Owens, Isiah Clark, Malachi Peoples, Obdiah Peoples, Olivia Peoples and Jocelyn Peoples.
