He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Veer Dean; his girlfriend Beth Alexander of Martin; his children, Candace (Candi), Dean (Josh McDaniel) of Memphis, TN and Clay Dean (Sam Abazaid) of Martin; his stepdaughters, Ashley Taylor (David Rodriguez) of Troy, TN and Jesse Tidwell of Union City, TN; his grandchildren, Memphis Hudson of Martin, Max McDaniel of Memphis, Annaliese Taylor, Emmit Rodriguez of Troy and Tinley Sawyers of Union City; and his siblings, Ron Dean (Debbie), Glyn Dean, Lexie Dean (Valerie) of Martin, Kim Tracy (Kevin), Wanda Bellows of Pecatonica, IL and Rubberta Powers (Terry) of Martin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Martin First United Pentecostal Church (219 Crawford Dr, Martin, TN 38237). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rubbert's memory to the Martin Police Department's "Shop with Sheriff Smith and Justice" Shop with a Cop program, or the charity of your choice.
