He is survived by: his stepson Denzel Jacob Abney III (Tiffany) of Cookeville, TN; his sister Sherrie Holman of Knoxville, TN; his nieces, Jennifer Thurman and Biskie Duncan (Josh); his nephew William Travis Holman; and his great-nephews, Michael Clay Thurman, William Thomas Thurman and Elwood Atticus Holman.
