She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Powers; her son Rowland Powers; her parents, Ed Rowland and Eula Green Rowland; and her nephew Eddie Rowland.

She is survived by: her brother Edgar Rowland, Jr. of Martin; her great-niece Shannon Null (Richard) of Mayfield, KY; and her great-nephew Brent Perry (Katie) of Dresden.
