She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. John Earl Hazelwood; her parents, Orvin Morrison and Lola Brown Morrison; and her siblings, Mary Wilson, James Morrison, Hurbert Morrison, Dean Morrison and Billy Morrison.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Bell (Mike), Trenia Cupples (Tim) and John Dennis Hazelwood of Martin, TN.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
