He is survived by: his children, Nickey Ray Whitlow and Lacey Whitlow; his mother Allene Whitlow; and his siblings, Nancy Whitlow, Mickey Whitlow, Ronnie Whitlow and Robert Whitlow. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
