He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arlon and Geneva Futrell Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Jean Willoughby; his children, John Willoughby of Paducah, KY, Charles Willoughby of Tunica, MS, Rebecca Crews of Lexington, TN and April Curlin of Nashville; and his siblings, Wanda Hughes (Jacky) of Murray, KY, Linda Chadwick of Murray, KY and Dallas Willoughby (LaDean) of Murray, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
