He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Smith Erwin; and his parents, Christopher Erwin and Gerda Haymen Erwin. He is survived by: his children, Brian Christopher Erwin of Kenosha, Misty Golt of Martin and Courtney Erwin of Martin; his sisters, Cathryn Erwin Chamberlain of McHenry, IL and Barbara Patrick of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Jason Golt, Jr. and Genevieve Erwin.
