He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Shelley and Dorothy Wright Shelley. He is survived by: his children, William Shelley (Meg) of Martin and Angela Abbott (Mark) of Kenton, TN; his sister Cathy Ogg (Jack) of Martin; and his grandchildren, Kennedy Basham and Sam Shelley.
