It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Allen of Mansfield, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen and Geraldine Davis Allen; and his brother Richard Allen. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Swearingen Allen; his children, Dr. Amber Watson (Rhett Chrysler) of Johnson City, TN and Daniel Allen (Sara) of Mobile, AL; his sister Rosey Kanouse of Clinton Township, MI; his sister-in-law Rhonda Downen (Russell) of Jackson, TN; his nieces, Pam Morrison and Alaina Downen; his nephew Christopher Downen; and his granddaughter Charleigh Allen.
