He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlas Archie Lindsey Sr. and Lottierene Carter Lindsey; his wife Sara "Jeannette" Parker Lindsey; and his siblings, Margaret Harris, Jeanette Williams, Jane Donnelly, Betty Conger, Myra Hurst, Judy Gammon, Atlas Lindsey Jr., James "Jim" Lindsey and Bobby Joe Lindsey.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Winders (Lee) of Mansfield, Diane Lancaster (Alan) of Mansfield and James Lindsey (Lisa) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Crystal Norwood (Grant), Joshua Lindsey (Kristy), James Williamson (Jamie), Ashley Curry (Michael), Megan Blackwell (Nathan), Ryan Lindsey (Candace), Sara Williamson and Luke Williamson (Emily); and his siblings, Janice Clapper of Mursfreesboro, Tennessee and Roy Lindsey (Kim) of Gallatin, Tennessee. He is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
