Billy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. "Tubby" Brown and Marget Katherin Lowery Brown; and his daughter Lisa Paz. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Johnathon of Florida, Juan of Florida, Carman of Florida and Hailey Paz of Florida; and his siblings, Rita Paschall (Phillip) of Paris, Penny Brown of Mansfield, Ray Brown of Paris and Jeff Markham of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
