It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bessie Ruth Ashby of Mansfield, Tennessee, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fielding Davis and Sarah Gladys Hastings Davis; her husband Donald Morris Ashby; and her brothers, Charles and Carl Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Ashby Wade of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Morris Davis Ashby (Lisa) of Milan, Jeff Ashby of Paris and Kent Ashby (Sandi) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Christopher Ashby, Blaine Ashby, Bradley Ashby (Jennifer), Bobby Ashby and Anna Wade (Shane); her sister-in-law Pat Ashby of Winchester, Tennessee; and her cousin Carolyn Bratton of Milan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
