She is survived by: her caregiver David Phillips; her daughters, Donna Tillley (Jeff) and Debra Banks (Brent); and her grandchildren, Christopher Phillips, Courtney Janosek (Dominic), Ben McCullar (Bre), Kyle McCullar (Sara), Ryan McCullar (Jenn), Cody Tilley, Clay Davis, Bridgette Banks and Austin Banks (Amber Thompson). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
