He was predeceased by: his wife Kelly Zapotocky; and his grandparents, Malcolm, Christine Pitts, Peter and Sally Zapotocky.
He is survived by: his parents, William Michael and Sarah Pitts Zapotocky; his son William Anthony Zapotocky (Nikkita); his stepdaughter Kayley Horack (Peyton); and his brother Michael Zapotocky (Terri). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
