He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Hollis and Lavara Olive Dixon Hollis (Sherri Wilhelm Hollis). He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie (Eric Clem) of Manchester and Emily Hollis (Brandon Parker) of Manchester; his brother Joseph "Joe" Dixon Hollis (Lane) of Fernandina Beach, FL; his aunt Alma Dixon Mayfield (Alan) of Westpoint, TN; his cousins, Wilma Robinson and Betty McDonald of Noblesville, IN; his niece Michelle Hollis Keller (Ken) of Tullahoma, TN; and his nephews, Jeff (Ashley) of Gallatin, TN and Greg Hollis (Becca) of Gallatin, TN. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Mike's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Alzheimer's Tennessee, or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
