He was predeceased by: his former wife Gail Leigh Todd Walker; and his son Carl Walker. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Taylor Walker; his stepchildren, Terry Hopkins (Lona) and Denise Wooten; his daughter-in-law Maria Moore Walker; his grandchildren, Leah, Jessica, Chris Hopkins, Brent Vaughn (Tara), Bradley and Brandon Wooten; his great grandchildren, Alli and Sadie Vaughn; and his siblings, Franklin Walker (Marie) and Nancy Lamons (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
