He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fults; his children, Russell Fults, Steven Fults, Misty Horton (Brandon), Brandy Fults, Shelia Parsley and Emily Fults; his brother Kent Fults; and his pets, Jake and Lucy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
