He is survived by: his children, John Phillip Demarest, Beverly Demarest Crowder and Kelly Lynn Mooneyham; and his grandchildren, Brennan Demarest, Noah Demarest, Abby Demarest, Kaleb Mooneyham, Carter Mooneyham, Thomas Crowder, Jonathan Crowder and Bethlehem Crowder.
