He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lusk of Manchester; his wife Stefanie Duncan Lusk of Manchester; his children, Jordan Lusk (Courtney) of Tullahoma and Alaina Lusk of Manchester; his granddaughter Adeline Lusk; his siblings, Jason Lusk (Lynn) of Shelbyville, Kristy West (Kevin Keele) of Fayetteville and Amy Sloan of Manchester; his parents-in-law, Johnnie and Joyce Duncan of Normandy; his brothers-in-law, John Duncan (Heather) of Normandy and Jeff Duncan (Gail) of Murfreesboro; and also Tim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
