He was predeceased by: his father Allen Charlie Webb; his wife Alberta Floyd Webb; and his brothers, Marion Webb and Roy Webb. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Webb, David Webb and Patricia Holmes (Dale); his sister Ola Lowery; his grandchildren, Jimmy Webb, Jr., Jennifer Webb, Dallas Holmes and Victoria Holmes; his great grandchildren, Emaleigh "Gracie" Stafford, Jackson Stafford, Braydon Hanson and Aubrey Webb; and his great-nephew Lee Umbarger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made in Clifton's name to Potter Children's Home.
