He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Edward Stout; and his stepmother Susan Mae Stout. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Craig-Stout; his children, Darrel Stout (Kelly), Lucas Stout, Marcus Stout (Sarah), Thomas Stout, Jr. (Kimberly) and Misty Stout; his siblings, Dwayne Stout, Christine Hanson and Angie Stout; and his grandchildren, Desiree, Tristan, Landon, Aiden, Rhea Eve and Ivie.
