He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Patton and Wava Patton; and his son Thomas Patton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his children, Darrell, David, Beatrice Cardwell (Jimmy), Tammy Forgy (Danny), Angela Hamilton (Thomasine), Sarah Simmons (Scott), Jennifer Gafeney and Pamela Salas (Augy); and his siblings, Jerry Patton (Cathy), Robert Patton (Bobbie), Darrell Patton (Brenda) and Mary Shelton. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
