He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jackson and Margaret Lucille Carter Parsley; his brother Mike Parsley; and his sister-in-law Pam Parsley. He is survived by: the mother of his children Cindy Frazier Parsley; his children, Thomas James "TJ", Tiffany Parsley, Adam and Amy Turner; his grandchildren, Keiley Parsley, Lathan Matlock, Destiny Matlock, Ava Renner, Gavin Bales and Rylan Turner; and his brothers, Jimmy Parsley (Bonnie), Donny Parsley (Susan) and Brent Parsley (Lia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of friends.
