He was predeceased by: his father J. W. Pennington; and his brother Moto Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pennington; his children, Joseph Pennington (Roshelle), Starr Kiseloff (Peter) and Sam Pennington (Megan); his brothers, David Pennington and Mark Pennington; his grandchildren, Jayden, Jayce, Sarah, Emma, Stella, Madelynn, Mason, Adayna and Torrie; and his great grandchild Cynthia Layman.
