It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Jean Frazier of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fuller and Sylvia Fuller (Payne); her husband Jessie Frazier; her son David Frazier; and her daughter-in-law Carol Frazier.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Frazier (Meliony) and Donnie Frazier (Shannon); her brother J. M. Payne; her grandchildren, Sonia Carlton (Tony), Dewayne Frazier (Lori), Christie Cathey (Jason), Chasity Frazier, Joey Frazier, Cole Frazier (Abby) and Grant Frazier (Tasha); and her caregivers, Melinda, Misty and Lynn of Hospice Compassus. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and twenty-eight great great-grandchildren.
