He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Steve Edward Qualls, Jr. (Carissa) and Stephanie Moffitt (Luther); his sisters, Patricia Henley and Kathy Hennessee; and his grandsons, Kyle Qualls, Hunter Moffitt, Peyton Qualls and Bentlee Moffitt.
