He is survived by: his wife Patti Owen; his children, Jacqueline Whipple (Jason) and Joshua Owen (Megan); his stepdaughter Cindy Rabenstein (Chris); his grandchildren, Brady Whipple, Ava Whipple, Corbin Whipple and Jessa Whipple; and his stepgrandson Wesley Rabenstein (Staci).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A masonic service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the Owen family asks that donations to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
