He was predeceased by: his father Herbert R. Lee; and his brother Herbert Ray Lee, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Judith Martin Johnson; his stepfather David; his daughters, Sara and Katy Lee; his siblings, Kristina Lee, Donald Martin Lee, David Lee and Steven Johnson; and his aunt Kay Briggs. He is also survived by several cousins and extended family members, and a host of friends.
