He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Bernice" Barr; his son Kenneth Lynn "Kenny" Barr; his siblings, Dorothy McLlvoy, Nellie McLlvoy, David "Toot" Barr, Floyd Barr, Arthur Barr, Mike Barr, Granville "Dick" Barr and William Barr; his grandson James Edward Lumbley; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Lumbley and Hope Lumbley.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis "Dale" Barr, William "Will" Barr (Regina), Gary Barr (Sharon), Danny Barr (Diane), Roger Barr (Sabena), Darlene Lumbley (Herman Lewis) and Wanda Spivey (Mike); his siblings, Donnie Barr and Brenda Carrico; his grandchildren, Jimmy Penny (Tina), Jeremy Penny, Gary Barr, Jr., Josh Barr (Mandy), Jessica Barr, Tyler Barr, Kayla Wakefield (Deandre), Rachel Wood (C. J.), Christopher Lumbley, Brian Lumbley (Esther), Waylon Lumbley (Felicia), Ashley Narjes (Jeff), Samantha Barr and Mason Barr; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Barr. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
