He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarise Markum and Zettie Markum; and his siblings, Frank Markum, Margaret Bogle, Lorene Parker and Mable Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Markum; his children, Patricia McGee (Danny), Wade Markum (Normie) and Tim Markum (Sonia); his siblings, Mike Markum (Sara) and Billie Young; his grandchildren, Rachel Higgins (Sammy), Sarah Higgins, Jordan Higgins, Jackie Markum, Ashley Markum and Ezra Markum; and his great grandchildren, Zahara Albidery and Serenity Markum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
