He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Clark and Edith H. Clark of Shelbyville, TN; and his son Kevin Lụneack of Manchester, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Connie (Lemons); his children, Tammy (Sam Taylor) of Manchester, TN and James Clark (Jill) of Savannah, TN.; his granddaughter Brittany (Cody Babcock); and his great grandchildren, Bailey and Madelyn Babcock.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in memory of Phil to: The Dusty Elam Foundation or Manchester First Baptist Church.
