She was predeceased by: her father Charles Qualls; her siblings, Charles, Jr., Gary Wayne, Steve Qualls and Diane Qualls; and her siblings-in-law, Ronnie Henley, Gary Trussell and Jennifer Fried.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Dale Henley; her daughters, Sabrina Miles and Danielle Henley; her grandchildren, Ethan Miles, Aubrianna Freeze, Bradley Dahmer, Emilee Wells, Lochlan Wells, Piper Lawson and Brayden Robinson; her sister Kathy Hennessee (Billy); and her siblings-in-law, Shelly Qualls, Maxine Henley, Dianna Trussell, Roger Wilbur, Mitch Fried, Stacey Nakamura and Ricky Henley (Earlene). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
