She is survived by: her husband Terry Floyd; her brother Ronnie Cornwell (Debbie); her children, Keith Peay and Kristi Peay; her grandson Kaleb Peay; her stepchildren, Ashley Floyd, Chris Floyd and Tyler Floyd; and her stepgrandchildren, Mahalia Pollard and Jeremiah Floyd.
