It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Eugene Jernigan (Manchester, Tennessee), who passed away on August 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Rozell Bumbalough Jernigan; his siblings, Hobert Lee, Henry Estle Owen Jernigan, Thelma Ann Hutson and Rosie Wilene Jernigan Bumbalough; his granddaughter Holly Jernigan; and his great grandchild Emmalynn Jernigan.
He is survived by: his sons, Travis Jernigan (Kathy), Steve Jernigan (Vhonda), David Jernigan (Bambi) and Mark Jernigan (Dewana); his sisters, Helen Jernigan Poston, Pauline Gilreath, Sparta, Mamie Jernigan Billings (Berle) and Smithville; his grandchildren, Andrea Bumpas (Michael), Josh (Elizabeth), Callie, Matt (Brittany), Cole (Torrie), Tyler Jernigan (Abi-Gail), Atheana, Heather Holes (Tyler), Johnathon Giles (Cristel), Miranda A. Bumpas, Harley Bennett and Jasmine Jones; his great grandchildren, Branson Jernigan, Graham Jernigan, Marley, Lucian, Konor Bumpas, Marisol, Mia, Bentley Giles, Gabriella Jones, Jett Jones, Haiden, Ayra, Landon, Gracelynn Jernigan, Sadie Reed, Tara and Tavin; and his nephews, Duane Billings, Darrell Billings and Terry Hutson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
