He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Parker and Lola Bell Stacey Parker; his siblings, Wardine Parker, Pauline and McKinley "Bud" Parker; and his son-in-law Carl Thomas Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Pairlee Parker; his children, Melanie Diane Parker Roberts and Stephen Robert Parker; his grandchildren, Thomas Roberts (Destiny), Anthony Roberts and Alisha Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Cadence Roberts, Haley Roberts and Lorelei Roberts.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the New Hope Baptist Cemetery.
