He is survived by: his wife Jean Floyd; his sons, Terry Floyd (Teresa) and Larry Floyd (Glenda); his brother Wayne Floyd (Geraldine); his brother-in-law H. D. Crosslin; his grandchildren, Lindsay Sain (Andrew), Levi McGrew, Nicole Fish (Danny), Aftin Parson and Justin Parson; and his caregivers, Meagan, Brittany Johnson and Ann Hayes. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
