We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Michael Patrick Griffin of Manchester, Tennessee, born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lt. Colonel Charles Griffin and Marylin Pelley Griffin; his brothers, Charles Thomas Griffin and Courtland Joseph "Joe" Griffin; and his son-in-law Hershel Adam Pewitt (Marlene Sutton).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer LeAnn Griffin West (Derek West) and Sarah Griffin Pewitt; his grandson Charles Connor Pewitt; the mother of his children Julia Davis; his brothers, E. Dennis Conley (Ginny), Hoyt Christopher Griffin (Kim) and Earl John Griffin; and his aunt Joanie Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests at the Celebration of Life gathering to please practice social distancing and refrain from hugs and handshakes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choosing.
