He is survived by: his children, Joshua Holder, Christopher Poplar and Jessica Majors (Stanley); his brothers, Mark Holder (Angela), Matt A. Holder (Tammy) and Morgan Holder (Megan); and his grandchildren, Robert, Dakota, Yancy, Kobe, Jack and Allie. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
