It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Catherine Baxter of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Fred Baxter; her parents, William Silas Pappas and Betty Rose Dickerson; her daughters, Mary Stephanie Allen and Rebecca Lucille Carroll (Nathan); her grandchildren, Devan Allen, Caitlin Allen, Cameron Allen, Madison Allen, Dakota Carroll, Brennan Carroll and Landon Carroll; and her siblings, Susan Pappas, Linda "Bookie" Pappas, Debbie Pappas (John Goldstein), Jeanne Kilmer (Carl), Amy Pappas, Lisa Palko (Ben), Bill Pappas and David Pappas. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
