She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Swindle and Eula Lillian Campton Swindle; her husband Jess Albert "Buster" Dicus, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Teresa Dicus; her siblings, Lindsey "Doby" Swindle (Dottie), Lovie Conder (Kelty), Lamon (John Haines), Nell Swindle and Sam Swindle; and her sister-in-law Loraine "Sissy Girl" Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Dicus Reese of Manchester and Albert R. "Buddy" Dicus of Sparta; her grandchildren, Lesli (John Gentry) of Franklin, TN, Patrick (Colleen Reese) of Nashville, TN, Ashley (Amber Dicus) of Sparta, TN, Blake (Jackie Dicus) of Hendersonville, TN and Summer (Patrick Wood) of Old Hickory, TN.; her great grandchildren, Hugh Gentry, Reese Gentry, Owen Reese, Knox Reese, Sam Dicus, Jack Dicus, Jake Dicus and Cole Dicus; and her brother-in-law Terry Dicus of Riverside, California..
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery.
