She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcom Edgar and Ella Mae Jones Tuck. She is survived by: her son Kenneth Wayne Hise; her siblings, Linzie Jones Tuck, Charles Edgar Tuck, Rachel Katherine Luttrell and Jessie Florence Tuck Hice; her husband Haskell Ray Koon; her sons, Randall Hise (Dale) of Franklin, TN and Brent Hise (Jania) of Monroe, GA; her stepchildren, Andy Koon (Teresa Carrick) of Manchester, TN, Scott Koon (Lynn) of Manchester, TN and Chris Koon (Connie) of Manchester, TN; her sister Anna "Pinky" Tant; and her grandchildren, Lexie Hise Jajo (Doug), Blake Hise, Matthew Hise, Amanda McClain, Jared Koon (Whitney), Cody Koon, Austin Koon, Kelsey Koon, Taylor Koon Farless (Gabe), Dylan Koon and Skyler Koon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (101 Bragg Cir, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Betty's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Shriners Hospital, or the Hospice of the Highland Rim Foundation.
