He was predeceased by: his father Willie Brandon; his wife Ellie Blanche Sherrill Brandon; his daughter Wanda Brandon Harmon Arnette; his daughter-in-law Tina Brandon; and his siblings, Herman "Joe" Brandon and Bessie Mae Berk.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Baumstein (Allen) and Dale W. Brandon; his brother Clark Brandon (Becky); and his grandchildren, Joe W. Baumstein (Terri), Tami Weaver (Robert), Beth Gallagher (Bud), Willie Harmon (Crystal), Kristin Warden (Wes) and Julie Brandon. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
