She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Eugene and Peggy Mae Werndli Tate; and her husband Richard Eugene Bowden. She is survived by: her daughters, Tanya Bush of Baxter and Michelle Lewis; and her sister Janice Bunger of Shelbyville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
