She is survived by: her father Henry Allen McKinney of Winchester; her husband Victor Esquivel of Manchester; her daughters, Acacia Tate and Allyiah Tate; her siblings, Issaiah Tate of Manchester, Sherry Sims (Ricky) of Belvidere and Dora McKinney (Barry) of McMinnville; her nephews, Alan Hendon (Amy) of Hendersonville, Matthew Hayworth of McMinnville, Malachi McKinney of McMinnville and Tyler Hendon (Kelly) of Estill Springs; and her niece Cherish McKinney (Billy) of McMinnville. She is also survived by her family, her patients and co-workers.
